The company will carry out its public relations activities to the extent that harmony and peace is attained to enable it execute its project smoothly.
The company is not responsible for attending to the needs of the host
community. This is the responsibility of ASSET HOLDER which is the operator of the joint ventures or Project.
Whenever such a situation arises and the company could not pacify the host community enough to be allowed to carry on the execution of its projects then the company will have no other choice that to the invite the ASSET HOLDER to negotiate with the host community.
