In keeping with our CASHES policy objectives of the community, all areas of operation are planned and executed in manner that: -
- Will preserve the Health, safety and Security of all the members of the general public who may be affected by our operations.
- All operations/activities will be planned in such a way as to minimize their impact on the environment of the host community.
- Our company will be sensitive to needs and aspirations of host communities as much as it is reasonably practicable.
- The company will employ at 40% of its work force on site from the host community. Preference will be given to the residents of immediate community in all matters of employment on site.
